A five-month guided journey of inner work ... anchored by a four-day breakthrough retreat ... to reconnect, release overwhelm & rediscover who you are
Reserve your space with a $500 non-refundable retainer
You've done the work... You've tried to understand yourself...
You've invested in your healing.
And yet... something still feels off.
On the outside, your life may look fine. You're functioning. You're showing up. But underneath... there's a quiet exhaustion. A sense that you've been holding everything together for too long. A feeling that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.
What if nothing is wrong with you?
What if you simply need the space to come back to yourself?
To feel connected to yourself again instead of distant or unsure
To move through your life feeling calm instead of overwhelmed
To trust yourself instead of constantly second-guessing
To feel your emotions without being consumed by them
To understand what you need and actually be able to honour it
To soften the pressure you've been quietly carrying
To feel clear instead of lost, grounded instead of scattered
To experience moments of your life where you feel fully present and fully alive
This is a guided, supported journey that unfolds over five months... allowing space for real change to happen. Each phase builds on the last, creating a process that is both held and intentional.
Bi-weekly guided online meetings to begin understanding your patterns, reconnect with your body, and build a sense of safety within yourself ... so that when you arrive, you're already open.
A remote lakeside setting surrounded by forest and nature. With space away from your daily environment, what has been held can begin to release, and what has felt unclear begins to make sense.
The real transformation isn't just what happens at the retreat ... it's how your life begins to feel afterward. Through bi-weekly online meetings, you'll be supported as you integrate what has shifted and navigate real life with new awareness.
This journey is not a program you complete. It is an experience you move through ... slowly, intentionally, at the pace your body and spirit need. What each woman receives is her own. But these are some of the gifts past participants have carried home with them.
The noise doesn't disappear when you return to your life. But something shifts in how you respond to it. Many women leave with a new ability to pause, to breathe, to choose ... rather than simply react.
One of the deepest things this journey offers is the experience of being still without guilt. Of receiving care without needing to justify it. That feeling, once lived, becomes something you can return to again and again.
Through gentle movement, nature immersion, and practices that invite presence, many women reconnect with their physical selves in a way that feels like coming home ... not forcing, not fixing, just returning.
Away from the urgency of daily life, with space to think and feel and simply be, something becomes clearer. What you want. What you're ready to release. What you've been carrying that was never yours to hold.
Whether through the optional painting sessions, craft offerings, or simply the act of slowing down enough to notice beauty again, many women find a creative part of themselves they had set aside.
The bonds formed around a firepit, on a forest path, in a circle of women who understand ... these are not small things. Many participants leave with friendships and a sense of belonging that continues long after the retreat ends.
The practices, the stillness, the inner knowing you access during this journey ... these become tools you carry with you. Not a destination, but a way of navigating what comes next.
You came in wondering if things could feel different. You leave knowing they already do. Something has shifted ... quietly, surely, in the way only real experience can shift a person.
~ These are possibilities, not promises. Every woman's experience is her own, and your journey will unfold in the way that is right for you.
These four days sit at the heart of your five-month journey ... a breakthrough threshold between two months of preparation and ten weeks of integration.
The retreat itself unfolds in layers ... allowing space for safety, awareness, emotional movement, reconnection, and integration. There is no pressure to be anything other than where you are.
In the morning, you will enter a meditative state while floating on the dock or a paddleboard as the lake holds you ... listening to the water, breathing deeply, softening, allowing whatever rises to rise without judgment. Whatever surfaces, surfaces.
In the optional activity that follows, the colors that came to you in your meditation become an intuitive acrylic paint pour. No experience needed ... no brushes, no plan, no “right way.” You choose the colors. The paint does the rest. You watch your inner world become visible on canvas, and take home what was waiting to be seen.
Throughout the retreat: guided nature walks, lakeside meditation, energy work, reflection practices, grounding experiences, and optional creative sessions such as meditation painting or nature-inspired crafts.
The retreat is held at a private, remote lakeside setting ... surrounded by forest, trails, and water, designed to support rest, reflection, and deeper connection.
This is a space to slow down, step out of the noise of daily life, and into something more quiet, more present, and more connected.
How would it feel to start living instead of just surviving?
Lakeside in the early morning. Mist still resting on the water. You wake without an alarm, because the quiet woke you first.
You wrap your hands around a warm cup of tea and sit on the cabin porch. There is no phone in your pocket. There is nothing waiting for you ... no email, no obligation, no urgency. Just the lake. Just the trees. Just your own breath, which has somehow already become slower without you trying.
For the first time in a long time, your shoulders are down.
Through the day, you move through gentle practices that meet you exactly where you are. Some moments crack you open. Some moments surprise you with laughter. By afternoon you've fallen into a rhythm that feels like an exhale you did not know you had been holding.
And at night, the firepit. The other women. Stories told slowly, the way they used to be told. Conversations that don't happen in your daily life ... the kind that loosen something in your chest you didn't know was tight.
You are not performing here. You are not fixing. You are not earning your rest.
You are simply here. And here, it turns out, is enough.
Food on a women's retreat is not an afterthought. It is part of how you come back to yourself.
The aroma of fresh baking fills the lodge, inviting you to slow down. Savoury meals, crisp vegetables and warm tea come together as true nourishment to restore your soul.
From Thursday's welcome dinner through Sunday's quiet breakfast, you eat together. No rush. No counting. No guilt. Just nourishment, conversation, and full breath between bites.
Dietary needs are honoured. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or are eating in a way that feels right for you, share it when you register and the kitchen will hold it with care.

My path to this work began with the most soul-crushing loss of my life. In 2018, my 17-year-old son took his own life. That moment broke open everything I thought I knew ... about myself, about love, about what was real.
What followed was years of searching. I read everything I could find. I learned to meditate, to listen, to feel my body again. Slowly, what began as desperate seeking became a daily practice. The practice became a calling.
What I lost in that loss was, in many ways, myself. I had to come back.
That calling led me deeper. I trained as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Level 2 Practitioner and a Reiki Master, and have continued my study in D-Codes™ and intuitive guidance. I have spent years learning to hold space for the deep, often invisible work of women coming back to themselves.
And there is one more chapter being written right now. I am currently walking through my own marriage breakdown ... starting life over, on my own. This is not the first time I have rebuilt ... but it is the first time I am building from a place of choosing me, instead of waiting for someone else to choose me. The work I share with you is not theory. It is the work I am living, in real time.
Today, through Divine Awakenings, I guide women back to themselves. If you have lost touch with who you are ... under the weight of holding everyone else up, the slow erosion of your own voice, the quiet exhaustion no one seems to notice ... I see you. I have walked my way back to myself before, and I am walking it again. I would be honored to walk it with you.
By following her deep connection to nature, Julie brought Moose Camp to life as a space for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.
With over 100 years of history, no cell service, and over 100 acres of private forest, lakeshore, and winding trails, Camp has a way of returning people to a slower and more grounded rhythm of life.
Julie will gently guide our forest therapy walks throughout the retreat, sharing the beauty and stillness of the surrounding land through the practice of Shinrin-Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing.
Her warmth, care, and love for Camp create an experience where you won't feel like a guest... you'll feel like family gathered around the same long table.
"Into the mountains I go... to lose my mind and find my soul."
~ Julie Bonnamour
Patti is the steady, creative presence that runs through the small, thoughtful moments of the retreat ... the kind of touches you don't always notice happening, until you realize how cared-for you feel.
She brings warmth, creativity, and care into our shared experience, from the homemade baking that fills the lodge to the optional meditation painting and nature-inspired crafts woven through the days. If you choose to join one of these creative offerings, Patti will be there beside you with calm hands and gentle encouragement.
Her presence adds another layer of grounding and connection to the retreat atmosphere ... a quiet softness behind the experience that lets you settle in, exhale, and create without pressure or expectation.
"In a safe and nurturing space, your hands can gently uncurl to create what your spirit already knows."
~ Patti Beable-Cowley
My visit with Kym was very comforting. I felt as though I had known her all my life. She reminded me of much of what I had known from previous spiritual quests earlier in my life, which validated my inner strength to deal with health issues and anxieties I had been suffering for months.
For several days after, I felt very light and “Light.” I had clarity that I had not had for a very long time.
I highly recommend her to help anyone who is struggling with life issues or is just curious how to tap into the energy of the universe.
My session with Kym was a great experience. She is kind and full of information. I learnt lots and was grateful to be able to experience it. I highly recommend it.
This is more than a retreat. It is a guided return to yourself ... held over time, supported through every stage, and designed for lasting change.
